Instructor Team Program – Building Tomorrows Leader’s. Only Black Belt students who have gradated from the Leadership Team program, and have been chosen and interviewed by a Master Instructor are eligible for this elite program. Instructor Team members gain a better understanding of physiological and behavioral aspects of running a martial arts class. Members must be of strong character and be able to handle a variety of responsibilities.
